Awernica supports security professionals and organizations with different payment, procurement and information-control requirements. Review the purchasing route and who receives billing information before placing an order.

Billing information and Workspace information serve different purposes

The payment provider needs information about the purchase and who is paying. It does not need your camera inventory or details of the infrastructure you protect. Workspace technical data is not included in Awernica’s billing integration.

A privacy username does not make a payment anonymous. Billing providers may require a billing email and identification or tax details, even when the Workspace account uses an anonymous username.

Online payment

Not available yet

Online card checkout is not currently available. If an online payment provider is enabled later, the checkout will name the provider and its role before you pay. Awernica does not collect or store your full card number or card security code.

Until then, order by invoice or contact Awernica. No card payment is taken on awernica.com today.

Norwegian invoice

Grovan Tech · operator of Awernica

Norwegian organizations can order with an invoice from Grovan Tech, issued through Fiken. Provide the purchasing organization, organization number, billing contact and address, and any PO / IO or internal invoice reference. Grovan Tech is not yet VAT-registered, so no VAT is added; it will register when sales reach the NOK 50,000 threshold.

Confirm EHF requirements, bank-transfer details, payment terms and activation with Awernica before ordering. This route does not use an external payment provider.

International orders

Confirmed individually

Organizations outside Norway can send an invoice request. Awernica reviews each request and confirms the invoice issuer, currency, taxes and payment terms before anything is charged.

Access starts only after the order is confirmed and paid. Confirm availability for your country before placing an order.

Who receives which information?

Billing information is used for order processing, invoicing, subscription administration, accounting and tax requirements. Required fields depend on your route. No external payment provider processes Awernica orders today. If online checkout is enabled later, the provider will be named at checkout and in this table.

Payment details	Payment confirmation and billing records needed for access and support. No full card number or card security code is collected by Awernica.	Only for orders processed by that provider: payment information required to process the transaction.
Workspace & security systems	The site, system and asset information you choose to enter is processed to provide Workspace features under our Privacy Policy.	The billing integration does not include your Workspace inventories, protected site locations, device IP / MAC addresses, serial numbers, hostnames or security-system architecture.

Device addresses stored in Workspace are different from the IP address and browser / device information a payment provider may collect when you visit its checkout.

Keep procurement information minimal

Use a billing address and purchasing contact. You do not need to disclose protected facility locations, camera inventories, server details, device network addresses, hostnames, access-control infrastructure or security architecture to discuss buying Awernica.

Do not put sensitive infrastructure information in invoice notes, PO references or support messages. Information you enter in billing fields or invoice notes may be forwarded to the selected billing provider.

Purchase orders & sensitive organizations

If your organization restricts card payments, external processors, international payments or supplier disclosure, contact Awernica before ordering. We can review the available route, PO / IO references, supplier documentation and payment terms with your procurement team.

We confirm the seller / invoice issuer, required billing fields and activation process before an invoice order is finalized. Availability is subject to the selected plan, country and agreed terms.
