Refund Policy.

This policy applies to purchases of Awernica, a software service operated by Grovan Tech (organization number 838 449 182, Norway). It explains the cancellation and refund terms in the Terms of Service; if they differ, the Terms of Service apply.

Online card checkout is not currently available. Orders are placed by invoice and confirmed individually by Awernica. If an online payment provider is enabled later, its role and any buyer terms will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Plans are offered with monthly or annual billing, as shown on the plan before you order. The price, billing interval and renewal conditions shown at the time of purchase apply.

Invoice-based subscriptions follow the period, payment terms and renewal conditions in the order confirmation or agreement. Access to the plan starts when the order is confirmed and the payment is received, unless the agreement says otherwise.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Paid features stay available until the end of the period already paid for, and the subscription then ends without renewal. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period; within 30 days of the payment, the money-back guarantee applies.

When a subscription ends, the account continues on the Free plan. Your Workspace data is kept; above the Free plan's limits you can keep what you have but not add more.

Deleting your account ends an active paid subscription immediately and does not automatically issue a refund.

Individual tools and Workspace capacity packs are one-time purchases with no renewal. A purchased tool stays available to the purchasing account for as long as the account exists and the tool is offered on Awernica.

Tools and capacity packs are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. A refunded tool or capacity pack is removed from the account.

Awernica Credits are an internal reward earned through verified work in Awernica. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, and are never refunded in money. Tools or capacity unlocked with Credits are not refunded in money.

Credit packs bought earlier are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee; the credits from a refunded pack are removed from the balance.

The guarantee covers every payment for a subscription, renewal, tool or capacity pack. Include the order or invoice reference so we can find the payment.

Refunds are paid in full to the original payment method, or for invoice payments to the paying organization's bank account. Access bought with the refunded payment ends when the refund is issued.

Awernica is designed for businesses, but consumers may also buy it. The money-back guarantee comes in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal or other consumer rights.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If a paid tool or feature you rely on is discontinued, contact support. We review the situation together with the remaining value of your purchase and your statutory rights.

This policy may be updated. Changes do not affect purchases already confirmed.
