Software House (Johnson Controls) C•CURE 9000
Command your security operations with unified intelligence
C•CURE 9000 is an enterprise-grade security management platform developed by Software House, part of Johnson Controls. It provides centralized access control, intrusion monitoring, alarm management, event processing, and security system integration for complex commercial and high-security environments. The platform supports multi-site deployments, distributed architecture, advanced cardholder and credential management, visitor management integrations, and automated security workflows. Its scalable architecture enables organizations to manage large numbers of doors, controllers, users, and security events across multiple facilities. Designed for enterprise and mission-critical security operations, C•CURE 9000 integrates with video management systems, intrusion detection, identity management solutions, and third-party technologies to provide a unified approach to physical security management.

Architecture
Deployment models, system topology and availability features.
C•CURE 9000 uses a perpetual, capacity-based licensing model with system editions sized according to supported reader counts, personnel capacity, concurrent clients and optional features. Additional licensing may be required for integrations, enterprise architecture, redundant systems, additional client connections and advanced functionality. Software maintenance and updates are provided through the Software Support Agreement (SSA). Certain licensing options, including hardware flexibility for cloud deployments, require an active SSA. Video integration licensing depends on the connected video management system and applicable C•CURE integration options. Subscription licensing for the core platform has not been verified.
